Change is possible.
You don’t have to do it alone.
I get that because just like you, I’m human — and I’ve lived that experience. We take leaps forward and then steps back. We want to change but at the same time, a part of us resists. One moment we feel like we have it all together, and the next we wonder where things went wrong. If you feel like you’re not where you thought you’d be, I can help.
I combine my personal experience with my training and background in evidence-based approaches, bringing you therapy that meets you right where you are in life — and takes you to where you want to go.
The only way forward is through.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in Vancouver, BC.
I work with individuals who are seeking to improve their relationship with themselves and live more authentically.
The people I work with are often struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, low mood, major life transitions, and sleep disruptions/insomnia. I’m curious about how your past has shaped your present and view therapy as an opportunity to try new ways of thinking, behaving, feeling, and relating.
I became a therapist because therapy for me was a life-changing experience. I can relate to feeling stuck and unsure of how exactly to move forward, because I’ve been there. I , too, had to get clear about what wasn’t working for me anymore and learn how to reconnect to myself. I was able to let go of limiting beliefs and step off the societal escalator that tells us where we should be and what we should do at any given point in our life. That’s when things really started to shift for me.
We can’t shame ourselves into change,
we can only love ourselves into evolution.

That’s all you have to do, ever.”

My approach is holistic, integrative, and focused on developing insight, healing trauma, and reducing suffering. Because each person is unique, I tailor my approach based on your goals, interests, and personality – drawing on tools like mindfulness skills and somatic techniques and modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I also use cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
