Working collaboratively, I’ll help you tap into your strengths to identify opportunities for growth and challenge distorted self-views and unhelpful patterns. By getting extremely clear on what works for us, we can begin to let go of the things that are holding us back. EMDR

Feeling stuck

in talk therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can help you move past cognitive blocks by using bilateral stimulation to activate the working part of your mind. EMDR is based on the idea that traumatic memories can become “stuck” in the brain, causing ongoing distress and interfering with daily life. This therapy helps you reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact and symptoms of trauma.

Our brain naturally wants to heal itself — we just have to give it the opportunity.
